李万福，会计学博士，教授，博士生导师，江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年学术技术带头人，江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师，第十四届“全国百篇优秀管理案例”获奖作者，第五届中国MPAcc学生案例大赛全国“最佳创意奖”获奖指导老师，担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家、江苏省会计学会学术专业委员会委员、上市公司独立董事，以及《管理世界》《经济学（季刊）》《金融研究》《会计研究》《南开管理评论》《管理科学学报》等期刊审稿人。曾获教育部博士研究生学术新人奖、广东省优秀博士学位论文奖、福建省社会科学优秀成果二等奖、江苏省“十佳研究生导师提名奖”、江苏省教师信息素养提升实践活动二等奖等奖励，主持/合作主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、教育部等省部级课题10余项，主编江苏省高等学校重点教材1部，出版专著3部，撰写8篇会计教学案例入选中国专业学位案例中心/中国管理案例共享中心案例库，在《管理世界》《经济学（季刊）》《会计研究》《金融研究》《审计研究》、Journal of the American Taxation Association、Ecological Economics、Economic Modelling等期刊发文40余篇，其以内部控制为主题发表于《管理世界》的论文被引2000余次，在《管理世界》高被引TOP20（2010-2019年）中位列第1。

Dr. Wanfu Li received his Ph.D. in Accounting from Sun Yat-sen University in 2012. He taught at Fuzhou University as an assistant professor during 2012-2015 and was promoted to professor at Nanjing University of Finance and Economics in 2015. He has published some papers in Chinese and international journals of management, accounting, and finance, including Journal of the American Taxation Association, Management World, China Economic Quarterly, Ecological Economics, Economic Modelling, Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade, China Journal of Accounting Studies, China Journal of Accounting Research, China Accounting and Finance Review, Journal of Finance and Economics, Journal of Financial Research, Auditing Research, etc. He received some academic awards, such as Distinguished Ph.D. Graduate Academic Award from China’s Ministry of Education, Top Ten Postgraduate Tutor Nomination from Jiangsu Province, Outstanding Achievements in Social Science from Fujian Province, Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Guangdong Province, and National MBA/MPAcc Excellent Teaching Case Award.
